Annual General Meeting To be held on Thursday, 1 May 2008 at The London Heathrow Marriott Hotel, Bath Road, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 5AN. Every ordinary shareholder is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. The notice convening the meeting is contained in a separate document for shareholders.
Final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2007 To be paid (if approved) on 29 May 2008 to shareholders on the register on 29 February 2008.

Viewing your shareholding If you have internet access, you may view your shareholding by accessing the Computershare website, www.computershare.com. You will need your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) which appears on your share certificate.
Dividends If you wish to receive your dividends directly to your bank account, or by way of additional shares, please contact the Registrars and ask for the relevant forms.
Computershare Investor Centre Computershare’s Investor Centre allows you to update your address and payment instruction details for your shareholding as well as, among other things, view trade histories and share prices*.
To register, you need your Shareholder Reference Number or folio number (this appears on your share certificate or statement of holding and is a ten-digit reference number) and your postcode.
Log on to the Computershare website at www-uk.computershare.com and click on ‘Investor Centre’.
You will now be asked to register your details. Before registering you will need to accept terms and conditions.
You will then be asked to choose a unique User ID and password and to enter your email address.
To finalise registration you will receive an email to which you must reply, for verification purposes, to complete the registration. After completion, an activation code will be mailed within ten days to your registered address. After the initial registration process you will have immediate read-only access to your information.
Once you receive your activation code you will need to log back on to the Computershare website. Log into Investor Centre as before and insert the User ID and password you chose at first registration and your activation code in the Investor Centre ‘Login’ box.
With Investor Centre you can quickly, efficiently and at your own convenience update your address and dividend payment instructions online, without the need to fill out any forms.
Change of address details can be accessed by clicking ‘Address change’ on the left-hand side of the screen and payment instructions can be updated by clicking on ‘Bank instructions update’.
When updating, you will be asked to check your new details and these will not be updated until you confirm that they are correct by clicking ‘Submit’. For payment instruction updates you will be given a Transaction Reference Number on screen for the update you have made. Please take a note of this for future reference.
